5.1 Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

5.2 Roy Sheppard has registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office in order to comply with the UK Data Protection Act.

5.3 The privacy policy does not apply to third party websites.

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with English Law.

Code of Conduct

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to establish and maintain a professional ethical brand and a world-class reputation for Journooz.com and its subscribers.

The characteristics of honesty, integrity and mutual respect are integral to the success of Journooz.com.

Therefore, all subscribers of Journooz.com are subject to this Code of Conduct as a condition of their participation.

Violations of this Code are determined by Journooz.com. Any action instituted by Journooz.com shall be binding and final upon the subscriber or contributor..

Representation
Subscribers and contributors have a personal and professional obligation to represent themselves truthfully, professionally and in a non-misleading manner. Users of Journooz.com shall be honest and accurate in presenting qualifications and experience in their communication with others.

Professionalism
The user shall d behave professionally and ethically so as neither to offend nor bring discredit to him/herself, their profession or other Journooz.com users.

Respect & Collegiality
The user shall maintain a collegial relationship with fellow users that is based on mutual respect, professional courtesy, and dignity.

Confidentiality
The users shall maintain and respect the confidentiality of business or personal affairs of contacts, clients and other users.

Business Practices
The user is obligated to maintain a high level of ethical standards and practices in order to assist in protecting the public against fraud or any unfair practice.

Diversity

Is all this a bit over-the-top? Probably. But we're just trying to do the 'right' thing.
